Alion Science and Technology has received a potential five-year, $969M task order from the General Services Administration to provide integrated logistics support and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance services for combatant commands.
GSAs Assisted Acquisition Service Region 1 awarded the task order under the unrestricted pool 1 of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services contract, Alion said Tuesday.
The task order has a one-year base term and four option years and seeks to offer increased C4ISR capabilities to COCOMs.
This award is the continuation of a multi-year relationship with COCOM mission partners and the outstanding commitment by the Alion ISR team in support of critical missions, said Alan Dietrich, a senior vice president and general manager at Alion.
Under the task order, Alion will design and build concept demonstrators; examine future C4ISR technologies; provide logistics, sustainment and unmanned and manned airborne operations; develop concept designs; and come up with procedures and processes.
