Alan Thomas
Alan Thomas, formerly executive vice president of special projects at IntelliBridge, has been promoted to chief operating officer.
He joined IntelliBridge in November 2019 from the General Services Administration, where he served as commissioner of the Federal Acquisition Service, the company said Monday.
“While Alan was at GSA, he was responsible for managing thousands of employees who annually deliver $60B in acquisition and technology solutions across the Federal government,” said Cass Panciocco, president and CEO of IntelliBridge. “His proven experience in improving organizations and enabling greater efficiencies will help fuel our continued growth.”
Thomas has over 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors. He previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), Berico Technologies and Data Networks and served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the office of the secretary of defense and on the Army staff.
IntelliBridge is a McLean, Va.-based portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital that launched in early March after Trowbridge & Trowbridge acquired IntelliWare Systems in February. The company provides intelligence, cyber, cloud and digital support services to federal civilian, defense and national security agencies.
