Armtec Defense Technologies and Chemring Group’s Kilgore Flares division have won spots on a potential $250 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from the U.S. Air Force to manufacture aerial decoys intended to defend military aircraft from infrared missile threats.
