AllCom Global Services, Computer Sitesand Eaton (NYSE: ETN) have been awarded positions on a potential six-year, $75 million contract to supply power conditioning and interfacing equipment to the U.S. Air Force.
The companies will provide commercial static power systems that will work as backup for the service branch™s electronic mission equipment deployed worldwide, the Defense Departmentsaid Friday.
The military branch awarded the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple-award contract through a competitive acquisition process with three offers received and expects work to conclude by Sept. 30, 2022.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center will obligate $148, 567 to Computer Sites and $7, 000 each to AllCom and Eaton from fiscal 2016 procurement funds at the time of award, according to DoD.
