According to a draft request for proposals posted Friday on SAM.gov, Sensor Beam 2024 is a sole-source contract with a ceiling of $400 million, a base ordering period of five years and a five-year extension.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will support Air Combat Command and provide for electromagnetic system research, analysis, documentation and evaluation, as well as other related requirements of military and government customers.
ACC will procure services on a task order basis. Analytical and feasibility studies, system management research, software development, signatures data collection and computer system administration are some of the tasks covered.
The ordering period is planned for Nov. 15, 2023, through Nov. 14, 2033.
Interested parties have until April 27 to send inquiries, comments or intentions regarding the upcoming Air Force program.
