The federal business of Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has won a potential five-year, $89.6M contract to establish cloud-based common infrastructure to support multiple business processing systems at the U.S. Air Force.
Accenture Federal Services will help the branch maintain existing and new infrastructures associated with USAF's integrated personnel and pay, enterprise resource planning and defense accounting and management systems, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
The service received 28 offers for the firm-fixed-price contract via a competitive acquisition process and is obligating $6.8M at the time of award.
Locations of work include Wright-Patterson AF Base in Ohio, Randolph AFB in Texas and Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex in Alabama. DoD expects the company to complete services by July 31, 2025.
