AARhas won a potential 15-year, $909.4 million contract from the U.S. Air Force to provide supply chain management services for the landing gear parts of C-130, KC-135 and E-3 aircraft platforms.
The Defense Departmentsaid Friday the contract covers purchasing, remanufacturing, distribution and inventory control services to Air Force depot and field-level, foreign military sales, other services and contractor requisitions.
AAR’s supply chain unit will perform work at Wood Dale, Illinois; Miami, Florida; and Ogden, Utah through March 31, 2032.
The contract was awarded through a competitive procurement process with two proposals received, DoD noted.
