Eight companies have won spots on a potential five-year, $250M contract to build, refurbish and modify NASA facilities or infrastructure assets located in Ohio.
Contractors will compete for task orders to perform construction, rehabilitation and modification services at the Glenn Research Center in Cleveland and Plum Brook Station in Sandusky via Glenn Multiple Award Construction Contracts-2, the space agency said Tuesday.
Each task order has a maximum value of $100M and may include work at NASA headquarters and other agency facilities. The IDIQ contains a two-year base period plus three-year options.
Work is scheduled to commence on April 1.
