Seven GovCon industry leaders have received appointments to serve on the Intelligence and National Security Alliance’s board of directors.
Six of the newly elected board members will serve three-year terms and the appointed director will serve a two-year term to provide direction, strategic guidance and business oversight to INSA as the nonprofit professional organization works to foster public-private partnerships to advance national security and intelligence priorities, INSA said Monday.
The newly elected directors are:
David Appel, vice president, Amazon Web Services
Jen Sovada, president, public sector, SandboxAQ
Jennifer Krischer, VP and general manager for intelligence programs, Maxar Technologies (NYSE: MAXR)
Kelly Ferrell, senior VP, intelligence and homeland security division, General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) information technology business
Stephen Homeyer, VP for defense and space intelligence, BAE Systems
Todd Probert, president, national security and innovative solutions sector, CACI International (NYSE: CACI)
“Already, we have a wealth of experience and expertise among our directors and with our newly welcomed colleagues, we are positioned for even greater success,” said Letitia “Tish” Long, chairwoman of the 18-member INSA board.
Probert, Saunders and Long are all two-time Wash100 Award recipients.
Homeyer will serve a two-year term as the board’s appointed member.
