The service’s 673rd Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska launched a competitive acquisition process set aside for small businesses and received 13 offers for the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
