Julie Rushin, who previously served as deputy CIO for information technology at IRS, will be director of Peraton’s IRS portfolio, the company said Friday.
Rushin brings 38 years of government and industry experience to her new position. Her prior roles within IRS also include director of strategy and finance for wage and investment and business modernization executive for the agency enterprise.
Robert Crawford, formerly the agency’s deputy chief information officer, will serve as Peraton’s director of growth and new initiatives for the IRS portfolio.
His three-decade professional career includes work at Hewlett Packard, where he previously served as a vice president and head of infrastructure services.
Peraton also named Adam Kravitz, who most recently was IRS’ chief of sourcing and supplier management for IT, as senior director of strategy for the citizen services group.
Kravitz previously worked at IBM’s (NYSE: IBM) global services business as a managing consultant focused on Big Blue’s public sector procurement and commercial business transformation outsourcing efforts.
Terry Milholland, who served as IRS’ first chief technology officer and chief information officer, will serve as a consultant to the citizen services leadership team at Peraton.
