The Department of Health and Human Services has selected 16 offerors for a potential eight-year, $2B contract that covers general constructon services at the National Institutes of Health, according to an award notice posted Friday on FedBizOpps.
Projects under the multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will involve demolition, maintenance, refurbishment, mechanical and ventilation work at NIH-owned or leased offices, laboratories, medical centers and other facilities.
HHS will obligate $1K to each contractor at the time of award to satisfy the minimum guarantee and will determine work locations with each task order under the IDIQ.
