The Aspen Cybersecurity Group announced that 15 companies have expressed their commitment to implementing talent management principles meant to narrow the cybersecurity skills gap.
John Carlin, chair of the cyber and technology program at The Aspen Institute, wrote in a blog post published Wednesday the companies have committed to expanding the pool of candidate pipelines, developing engaging job postings that focus on core requirements and making career paths accessible to job seekers and employees.
