TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 10, 2016 ” Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) plans to modify a missile interceptor platform developed by Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defense Systems to support a U.S. Army program that aims to address potential threats, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
Defense News reported Monday that Raytheon will update the Iron Dome platform™s Tamir interceptors to align with U.S. standards and produce the interceptors across multiple facilities within the country if chosen for the IFPC Inc 2-I program.
