Heather Gerczak, chief administrative officer at Integral Federal, has been named chair of Executive Mosaic’s 4×24 Contracts Group.
The 4×24 Executive Leadership Program unites senior industry executives and top government officials through a series of dinners designed to increase collaboration between public and private sectors. 4×24 dinners promote sharing insights into strategic mission areas as members work to tackle key challenges facing the federal government.
Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic, said the company is excited to have Gerczak overseeing the 4×24 Contracts Group in her second season.
“Contracts are truly the lifeblood of the GovCon industry, as its name proves, and contract management executives play an essential role in keeping the ecosystem running smoothly and efficiently,” Garrettson said.
“Heather Gerczak exemplifies top-tier leadership for high-performing contract teams and is renowned for achieving results in the challenging and competitive GovCon market,” he added. “Her commitment to excellence and precise contract execution speaks to her lead-by-example approach. We are excited to have Heather leading this vital peer group as we enter an engaging new 4×24 season.”
As Integral Federal’s CAO, Gerczak oversees various key efforts within the company, including contracts, marketing, facilities management, human resources and security. Before being appointed CAO in January, she was the company’s vice president of business operations.
Gerczak’s two-decade-long GovCon career also includes roles at General Dynamics Information Technology, Amentum, L3Harris Technologies and Peraton.
Executive Mosaic is pleased to welcome Gerczak back as chair of the 4×24 Contracts Group. For more information on the 4×24 leadership series, visit the 4×24 website.
