Mythics Announces Acquisition of SpearMC

Mythics has acquired SpearMC as part of its effort to expand its market footprint and strengthen its presence in the public sector. The transaction will accelerate Mythics’ strategic growth, Paul Seifert, CEO of the Oracle systems integrator, said Tuesday.

Combining Expertise

Based in Pleasanton, California, SpearMC is a consulting company that also provides Oracle support services and lends expertise on PeopleSoft to enable customers to adopt advanced applications.

The transaction comes weeks after Mythics announced the acquisition of Smart ERP Solutions, another Oracle integrator serving federal, state and local government agencies and commercial companies.
