Mythics has acquired Smart ERP Solutions to broaden its Oracle Cloud capability and service offerings for federal, state and local government agencies, educational institutions and commercial enterprises.
“Organizationally, there is strong alignment between SmartERP and Mythics; both technically mature and well known in the Oracle ecosystem, along with an employee focused culture,” Mythics CEO Paul Seifert said in a statement published Thursday.
“Together our joined forces will offer scalability, and an expanded set of services delivered with excellence to our joint customers. We’re excited to welcome them to our family!” added Seifert.
What Does Smart ERP Solutions Do?
SmartERP is an enterprise software and consulting firm focused on implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud and Oracle PeopleSoft applications and other tech and service offerings.
For over two decades, the firm has been helping customers streamline operations and manage human resources, finance, supply chains and other core business processes through its consulting and managed services, cloud migration, custom application development, integration services and Smart Solutions portfolio.
SmartERP also provides consulting, implementation support and managed services for government and public sector organizations.
Expanding Delivery Capabilities
“Integrating SmartERP with Mythics Consulting Services vastly expands our delivery capabilities and depth across Oracle applications, both on-prem and in the cloud, thereby enabling us to meet our customers where they are — with differentiated, flexible, and scalable services,” said Mukunda Mohan, executive vice president for Mythics Consulting Services.
“This merger also strengthens and completes our global delivery and managed services offerings, while accelerating our growth in the Commercial, Higher Education, and Healthcare sectors,” Mohan added.
The latest transaction marks the second acquisition for Mythics. In September 2024, the One Equity Partners-backed company acquired the technology resale business of Three Wire Systems to support its Emergent business unit.
