TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 21, 2016 DigitalGlobe (NYSE: DGI) will work with its subsidiary GeoEye Analytics to build data analytics tools for the Defense Intelligence Agency, GovCon Executive reported Monday.
The work will be part of a $55 million contract DIA awarded to GeoEye earlier this month, DigitalGlobe said Monday.
“This sole-source contract award is consistent with our intent to develop more direct relationships with our U.S. government customers and enables us to deliver sustained innovation in support of the Intelligence Community mission, ” said Tony Frazier, senior vice president of government solutions at DigitalGlobe.
