  • Awards support the company’s layered defense architecture
  • Headcount has roughly quadrupled since GRVTY launched in March 2025

GRVTY has secured $125 million in classified prime contracts during the third quarter. The company disclosed the awards on Thursday without identifying the programs or customers behind the figure.

What Does GRVTY Build?

GRVTY delivers defense technologies for space electronic warfare, directed energy systems, maritime autonomy and cyber operations.

The company booked a $75 million agreement in March under a One Nation Innovation other transaction agreement to deliver command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities for a Navy program. That work covers advanced analytical methods, software, data models and subject matter expertise, with operationally ready prototypes as the output. GRVTY will perform the work at contractor facilities, naval systems commands, fleet concentration areas, deployed naval platforms and expeditionary sites, and said the award could lead to further awards.

How Fast Has GRVTY Grown?

Arlington Capital Partners formed GRVTY in March 2025 with more than 325 employees across 11 states and more than $100 million in revenue, naming Katie Selbe chief executive officer. The company now has more than 1,200 employees.

GRVTY opened a 22,000-square-foot headquarters at 8270 Greensboro Drive in Tysons this year. Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger said in February the company would invest $8 million and create 200 jobs in engineering, technology, software development and management, supported by an $800,000 grant from the Commonwealth’s Opportunity Fund.
