Compass Strategy Design has named Brandon Spencer chief financial officer, the Salesforce consulting firm announced via LinkedIn on Thursday.

Spencer will oversee the company’s financial operations and stewardship activities. In a LinkedIn post announcing the appointment, Compass Strategy Design CEO Herman Leybovich described Spencer as a leader with a strategic approach to financial management and said the company expects to benefit from his guidance as CFO.
Who Is Brandon Spencer?
Spencer is a certified public accountant who has held CFO, treasurer and board leadership positions with defense contractors since 2014. He most recently served as director of finance at Anduril Industries following the company’s acquisition of Klas. Before that, he spent more than 11 years as CFO and treasurer of Klas Government while also serving on the board of directors and as treasurer of Klas Manufacturing Solutions. Earlier in his career, Spencer was an audit manager and supervisory senior accountant at Kearney & Co, a senior corporate accountant at NII Holdings and an assurance associate at PwC.
