System High Appoints Wes Postol as EVP of Strategic Growth

System High has appointed Wes Postol as executive vice president of strategic growth. Postol will lead enterprise growth and business development efforts, overseeing pipeline development and capture and proposal operations, with a focus on strengthening discipline and alignment across the organization’s pursuits, System High said.

According to System High President Sarah Lord, Postol’s expansive leadership experience will support the company’s market position.

Who Is Wes Postol?

Postol brings nearly two decades of experience leading growth initiatives across defense, federal civilian and intelligence markets.

He most recently served as vice president of strategic growth and capture transformation at Red River, where he helped establish and operationalize the company’s government technology services business unit and led enterprise-wide growth strategy and pipeline governance.

During his tenure, he significantly expanded the qualified pipeline and implemented structured processes to support large-scale federal modernization initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he held senior growth and business development roles at Electrosoft, Foxhole Technology, Lockheed Martin and SAIC.

Postol is a retired U.S. Army signal chief warrant officer, with experience supporting command, control, communications and IT modernization initiatives during his military service.

How Does This Move Support System High’s Growth Strategy?

The appointment comes as System High continues to build out its growth leadership following its integration into Ridgeline International in 2025.

As a Ridgeline subsidiary, System High delivers protection and security engineering services supporting government, defense and intelligence customers, with capabilities spanning cybersecurity, program protection and mission assurance.

It achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2, which enables the company to handle controlled unclassified information in support of federal programs.
