The Department of War has awarded T2S Solutions a five-year contract valued at more than $600 million to support cybersecurity efforts for defense infrastructure.

The latest cybersecurity contract award underscores the growing importance of digital defense in national security strategy as threats continue to evolve. These priorities, along with the technologies shaping the response, will be a key focus at the 2026 Cyber Summit in May. Sign up now to join the discussion.
In a LinkedIn post published Tuesday, T2S said the single-award contract, named “CYBERTRON,” has a one-year base term and four option years.
What Is the Scope of the DOW CYBERTRON Contract?
Under the CYBERTRON contract, T2S will develop and deploy next-generation cybersecurity platforms to protect critical defense infrastructure against near-peer threats.
The company will deliver capabilities that include zero trust architecture implementation, advanced threat hunting, key management infrastructure development and artificial intelligence-driven cyber platforms.
T2S will support efforts to modernize and secure DOW’s digital environment and help ensure the integrity of command, control, computers, communications, cyber, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, or C5ISR, systems operating worldwide.
T2S CEO Tim Gay said the CYBERTRON contract marks a significant development for the company and supports broader defense strategy efforts.
“As cyber threats become increasingly sophisticated and state-sponsored, the need for agile, resilient, and proactive defense mechanisms has never been greater. We are honored to be entrusted with this mission and are fully committed to delivering the innovation required to maintain our technological overmatch on the digital battlefield,” added Gay.
