Upchurch brings more than 20 years of experience supporting homeland security, defense, intelligence and civilian agencies.
Before joining CTEC in 2024, she spent nearly 11 years at LMI, most recently serving as vice president for homeland security.
Earlier in her career, she held environmental analyst roles at SAIC, Leidos and Organizational Strategies.
