According to the statement of work, ISAP is an alternative to detention program and helps individuals ensure compliance with court appearances, release conditions and final orders of removal using case management systems and monitoring tools.
Under the ISAP V IDIQ contract, the selected vendor will provide in-person reporting, community-based supervision, GPS monitoring and biometric technology monitoring services across the U.S.
Tech-enabled monitoring services include GPS ankle and wrist bracelets as well as telephonic and biometric mobile reporting applications.
The contractor will also be required to conduct office and home visits at varying frequencies, manage alerts and exceptions, and provide extended case management where necessary.
