The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Atlantic Division Caribbean District, or USACE SAD SAA, has issued a request for proposals for the procurement of architect-engineer, or A-E, services.
USACE A-E IDIQ MATOC Scope
Based on the solicitation notice published on SAM.gov Wednesday, the USACE SAD SAA intends to award eight firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contracts, or MATOC. The SAA aims to offer five unrestricted awards and three awards to small businesses.
The contracts will cover A-E services for civil works, military construction projects, and interagency and international services programs. This will include various engineering and design services, such as design report preparation, engineering studies, cost estimates, construction schedules, design calculations and analyses, and construction plans.
The MATOC will have a cumulative value of $249 million and a five-year ordering period, including a one-year base ordering period and four one-year option periods. Each selected contractor will receive an initial $10,000.00 at the time of award.
Interested offerors have until Sept. 20 to submit their proposals.
