Artificial intelligence company Knexus has completed its acquisition of S4, a small business specializing in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, intelligence analysis and national security.
Expanding AI Offerings
Knexus said Thursday the move bolsters its proprietary AI technology portfolio by integrating S4’s expertise in enterprise IT services and cybersecurity with its advanced AI technologies. The acquisition enables the company to deliver intelligent automation, predictive analysis, AI-driven analytics and decision support for government agencies to address complex, data-driven challenges. Through the acquisition, the government can access next-generation AI offerings to strengthen network security, manage complex data environments and enhance operational efficiency.
