Chad Quill has assumed new responsibilities as vice president of growth for the cyber mission sector at Peraton. The business development and capture leader confirmed his new role in a LinkedIn post Monday.
“I’m excited to take on this new challenge and drive the company’s efforts to win and execute business,” he wrote. “‘Getting the win’ motivates me because it allows us to impact mission outcomes for our customers, and it creates opportunities for our employees (and teammates) to advance their careers and wear the company badge for as long as they choose to do so.”
Who is Chad Quill?
The executive brings to the role over 20 years of experience in the defense market. Before his recent appointment, he served as senior director of strategy at Peraton.
Quill joined the company in 2020 as director of business development.
Prior to Peraton, he spent over two years as a senior capture manager for Northrop Grumman.
Earlier in his career, Quill worked as a program manager and industrial engineer for SAIC for seven years.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems management engineering from Arizona State University and earned his master’s in business administration at the Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School.
