Weber has been with CACI since 2020 when he joined the company as director of business development. In this role, he oversaw the Reston, Virginia-based company’s U.S. Air Force, Space Force and combatant command accounts.
Before CACI, Weber spent over four years at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC). His most recent position at the company is as an account manager in the defense systems business unit, where he led projects with various Department of Defense components.
He also spent over a decade at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), holding various positions and working on major defense programs. During his time at the defense contractor, he led the capture of a large IT network for the DOD, Intelligence Community and Special Operations Forces.
Earlier in his career, Weber served as a cathodic and electrical engineer for the Air Force.
