He brings experience in implementing technology strategies for industry and government organizations to advance the delivery of health care services to the public.
Before joining Microsoft, Uohara was president at management consulting firm HC Consulting & Advisory and managing director at health care data aggregator HealthShare Exchange.
Uohara holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University and a bachelor’s degree in business management and economics from Babson College.
