Boecore, Orbit Logic, Ascension Engineering Group and La Jolla Logic now operate under a single business entity called Auria, which offers deployable software products for space, missile defense and cyber operations, Enlightenment Capital said Monday.
With over 400 employees, Auria develops and delivers capabilities tailored for space domain awareness, orbital warfare training, satellite communications management and cybersecurity.
Tom Dickson, president of Boecore, will lead the newly launched Colorado Springs, Colorado-based company.
“Auria represents the coming together of four special companies under a unified brand and vision that represent the breadth and depth of capabilities that the combined company brings to its customers,” Dickson said.
“Together, Auria is a company of scale with the technology, capabilities, and infrastructure of a mid-tier contractor bringing innovation to the Space sector,” said Thomas Young, principal at Enlightenment Capital.
