According to a solicitation posted on SAM.gov, work will cover various on-site architecture-engineering services like feasibility studies, technical reviews and advisory support, as well as various design and engineering services like computer-aided design, building information modeling, inspections and planning.
Work will primarily be carried out at FBI facilities within the national capital region; Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama; and the FBI campus at Clarksburg, West Virginia. The regions where service providers will be eligible to compete will depend on the proximity of the provider’s headquarters to the FBI facilities.
The government expects to issue for each region three to eight indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts featuring a one-year base and four one-year options. Out of the potential awards, three will be small-business set-asides in the NCR and another three in West Virginia.
A ceiling of $196.5 million is expected for the NCR awards, $131 million for the Alabama region awards, and $30 million for the West Virginia region awards.
