Rothe-Ares JV Books Potential $814M Contract to Help Manage NASA IT, Digital Comms

A joint venture between Rothe Development and Ares Technical Services Corp. has secured a potential $814 million contract to help two NASA offices manage information technology and multimedia operations. 

The Rothe-Ares JV will provide support to the agency’s chief information officer and communications departments under the Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services contract, NASA said Tuesday.

Work comprises IT and information management, digital communications and customer collaboration.

The award has a three-month phase-in period, a one-year base term, seven 12-month options and an additional six-month extension.
