Brian Taylor Appointed MTSI VP of Strategic Development

Brian Taylor, formerly a senior director at Modern Technology Solutions Inc., has been promoted to vice president of strategic development at the Alexandria, Virginia-based engineering and technology services contractor, according to a LinkedIn post published Monday.

Taylor has held various roles of increasing responsibility during his 13-year career at MTSI, including as a director and program manager.

He joined the employee-owned company in 2009 after more than three years of work as a senior principal and systems security engineer at CACI International (NYSE: CACI). 

Before he joined the private sector, Taylor was a special agent at the Department of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations where he focused on computer crimes and forensics.
