Elaine Beeman, the civilian portfolio lead at Accenture‘s (NYSE: ACN) federal services subsidiary, will assume the additional role of chief leadership officer within the same business.
She will be responsible for implementing an employee succession planning process and overseeing the execution of Accenture Federal Services’ leadership development strategies in her expanded capacity, the company said Tuesday.

In the same announcement, Accenture said Ron Ash, who formerly led AFS’ safety and citizen services portfolio, transitioned to the chief operating officer post.
