The U.S. Navy has released a solicitation for a follow-on effort to an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract for its combat instrumentation platforms used at training and test and evaluation ranges.
According to a SAM.gov notice, Naval Air Warfare Center is seeking proposals to support and sustain the said equipment under the potential $249.9 million Combat Environment Instrumentation Systems IDIQ.
Same with the previous award, the new MAC will have several contractors that will compete for task orders to perform system design and integration as well as hardware and software upgrades or modifications. The IDIQ will also cover delivery and reconfiguration of components and equipment related to the range instrumentation platforms.
NAVAIR is requiring offerors to have Defense Logistics Information Services certification considering the involvement of controlled unclassified information or export controlled information.
The Navy systems command will accept responses to its solicitation until July 25.
