TTEC Holdings (Nasdaq: TTEC) has closed its purchase of Faneuil’s business that offers public sector citizen experience and smart city platforms.
The combination seeks to support government agency functions such as including mobility, congestion management, fleet management, tolling, transportation and social benefits delivery, TTEC said Monday.
Faneuil has been integrated into TTEC’s Engage segment and adds image review, data annotation and other back-office tools to the latter’s portfolio.
Anna Van Buren, who has led Faneuil as president and CEO since 2004, joined the public sector leadership team at TTEC.
“The team and I look forward to joining this exceptional group of professionals to drive improved customer engagement within our existing client relationships and innovation to address emerging opportunities in the public sector,” Van Buren said.
