Eilenberger currently works as a research contractor for the CIA Center for the Study of Intelligence, CTC said Tuesday.
Her government career involved management responsibilities for legal, policy, finance, international affairs, security, facilities and compliance organizations at intelligence agencies such as the CIA and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
“Eilenberger adds significant expertise to our already accomplished board; we look forward to working with her and to her meaningful contributions,” said Ed Sheehan, president and CEO of CTC.
The company also announced that E. Jeanne Gleason and Conway Jones have completed their terms as board members.
