M.C. Dean has secured a $158.7 million contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to modernize a power generation plant at Buckley Air Force Base in Colorado.
The company will also update the military installation’s supervisory control and data acquisition system as part of the firm-fixed-price contract, the Department of Defense said Friday.
USACE received two bids for the project via an online solicitation and obligated the full contract amount using the Air Force’s fiscal 2019, 2020 and 2021 other procurement funds.
The agency expects work to conclude by Dec. 27, 2025.
