Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX) has secured a pair of three-year base contracts worth $112.8 million combined to provide electronic components to U.S. and foreign military sales customers.
The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts include one three-year option period and an additional option to extend work by four years, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
Air Force, Army, Coast Guard and Navy are the DOD customers using the IDIQs to procure consumable electronics.
Defense working capital and FMS funds will be used to pay for orders under the sole-source acquisition contracts.
DOD added the ordering period for each contract will end on April 1, 2024, and the company will perform work in Kentucky and Indiana.
