Axiologic said Tuesday that Bibbee will oversee key programs and contracts in his new position at the Fairfax, Virginia-based government contractor.
His career with ManTech included oversight of almost 320 contractor personnel who supported IT systems and CI analytics through multiple contracts worth $450 million combined.
Bibbee held the positions of program manager and director and senior network engineer within ManTech's information systems and technology business.
He also led wide and local area network operations, managed IT service delivery and security accreditation work for the Herndon-based company in support of defense and intelligence customers.
