Alpha Omega Integration, a Vienna, Va.-based information technology service management company, has agreed to acquire IT consulting firm Confiance for an undisclosed sum to help expand the former’s domain and technical expertise.
Confiance said Wednesday the acquisition will drive Alpha Omega's robotic process automation efforts while growing its footprint in the private and public sectors.
Reston-based Confiance was established in 2007 and works to provide IT modernization and digital transformation services to clients in the life sciences, financial, manufacturing and public sectors.
Alpha Omega offers a range of services in core competencies such as business process management, big data, analytics, cloud computing, digital services management, information security and systems integration.
The company currently holds a Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 3 appraisal.
