Phoenix International Holdings has secured a potential seven-year, $97M contract to provide technical and engineering support for the U.S. Navy's air, mixed gas and saturation diving efforts.
The Largo, Md.-based company will support the Office of the Director of Ocean Engineering, Supervisor of Salvage and Diving through the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Naval Sea Systems Command received one offer for the IDIQ via a competitive procurement on FedBizOpps and the service branch will obligate $45K at the time of award.
DoD noted that Phoenix will perform work at various locations worldwide on a task order basis and the department expects contract services to conclude in January 2027. The service branch will not place orders after January 2025.
