Liberty IT Solutions has secured a $380M task order to help the Department of Veterans Affairs develop and manage an application programming interface platform, G2Xchange Health reported Thursday.
VA issued the task order under a Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation contract portion set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
The company will provide API support services to the department for four and a half years. APIs allow developers to access a software application's features via a set of actions.
