Damon Griggs to Become Dovel CEO in November; Paul Leslie Quoted

Damon Griggs, president and chief operating officer of Dovel Technologies, will assume the role of CEO on Nov. 1.

He will succeed Paul Leslie, who will become executive chairman of the company™s board, Dovel said Wednesday.

Griggs said he is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and customer centricity as the company continues to provide cutting-edge platforms and advance expansion efforts to broaden its impact across the federal government.

Griggs has over 20 years of leadership experience in the government technology sector. He joined Dovel as COO in 2016 and assumed the president role in 2018.

Prior to Dovel, he served as president and COO of InScope International and as a senior vice president at Alion Science and Technology.
