Robert Moore
Robert Moore, a more than 25-year defense and aerospace industry veteran, has been named president of the federal services group at Alexandria, Va.-based technical services contractor VSE (Nasdaq: VSEC).
Rob brings broad federal experience and both a strong business development and strategic skill set that will assist VSE in expanding our capabilities, our customer base and in capturing new market opportunities, VSE President and CEO John Cuomo said in a statement published Thursday.
Moore brings to the role decades of business development and leadership experience at various federal services companies focused on delivering sustainment, logistics and engineering support to defense and federal civilian agencies.
Prior to VSE, he worked at S&K Technologies as chief business development officer. The retired U.S. Navy officer also held senior leadership positions at defense contracting firms BAE Systems, PAE, DynCorp International, ARINC and IAP. Heidrick & Struggles International helped VSE with the federal group executive search process.
