Trace Systems has won a potential $998M contract to help the Defense Information Systems Agency design, implement and manage an enterprise information technology network to facilitate data sharing between the Department of Defense and its mission partners.
The company will provide a range of IT support services and related equipment for the Mission Partner Environment project, DoD said Friday.
DISA received four offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through a full and open competition and will obligate $500 at the time of award to satisfy minimum guarantee requirements.
Work will take place at various locations within contiguous and outside continental U.S., but the agency may assign additional work locations in line with customer requirements and current events, DoD noted.
