Barry Broadus, former chief financial officer of nonprofit research organization SRI International, has been appointed to service in the same position at information technology services provider Dovel Technologies.
The professional services industry veteran will lead Dovel’s financial operations and help drive its growth efforts in his new position, the company said Tuesday.
Broadus previously served as CFO at Constellis and Alion Science and Technology, where he also led organizational realignment and consolidation initiatives during his eight-year tenure.
Dovel received an investment from Macquarie Capital earlier this year as the McLean, Va.-based company looks to grow federal market presence in the areas of scientific research and development, artificial intelligence, analytics, biomedical informatics and grants administration.
