A joint venture between ZGF and Leo A. Daly has won a potential five-year, $130M contract to provide architectural, engineering, construction and renovation services to the U.S. Army.
Scope of projects will include the modernization of energy and utility plants, demolition of buildings and construction of a parking garage and a specialty care facility, the Department of Defense said Monday.
The ZGF-Leo A. Daly JV will also help the service branch develop and evaluate alternatives, as well as provide design support for the projects.
Five bids were submitted to the Army Corps of Engineers for the firm-fixed-price contract through an online-based solicitation process.
DoD expects contract work to conclude by Aug. 4, 2024.
ZGF offers architecture, interior design and urban planning services while Leo A. Daly specializes in program management, engineering and sustainability services.
