The U.S. Navy has awarded six companies a two-year, $95M contract modification to provide construction services and related materials to support projects in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s Hawaii area of operations.

The firm-fixed-price modification increases the ceiling value of a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to $340M and covers a range of design-build construction work including repair, modification and demolition of Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and non-military facilities, the Department of Defense said Monday.

NAVFAC will obligate the Navy’s operations and maintenance and working capital funds upon issuance of each task order.

The Pentagon expects contract work to conclude in March 2021.

The firms are:

  • Allied Pacific Builders
  • Environet
  • Hako Plumbing
  • Heartwood Pacific
  • Raass Brothers
  • TOMCO
