CPI Aerostructures will provide sustainment support for three variants of the Northrop Grumman-built (NYSE: NOC) T-38 Talon supersonic trainer aircraft under a potential 11-year, $65.7M contract from the U.S. Air Force.
The company will deliver fastener and structural kits for T-38A, T-38B and T-38C aircraft systems, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Contract work will occur in Edgewood, N.Y., through July 25, 2030.
Air Force Life Cycle Management Center received three bids for the contract and obligated $3.4M from fiscal years 2018 and 2019 procurement funds.
